About Me
I value helping clients navigate life's challenges, process difficult experiences, and reconnect with themselves in ways that feel authentic, empowering, and aligned with their values.I bring over 14 years of experience in social services and police-based victim services, supporting individuals impacted by trauma, adversity, and significant life transitions. It has been a privilege to walk alongside people through some of the most difficult and vulnerable moments of their lives. Over time, this work deepened my desire to create a space where clients can slow down, feel genuinely heard, and engage in meaningful healing, reflection, and personal growth. As an Indo-Fijian Canadian woman, I understand some of the complexities that can come with identity, culture, family expectations, and navigating different lived experiences. I strive to provide a culturally responsive, inclusive space where every client feels respected, accepted, and supported.I am a Qualifying Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors and hold a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology. What you can expect from our sessions:- Warm, relational, and attuned
